Being an entrepreneur means long hours, short lunch breaks, and not much free time. Over time this combination metastasizes into stress. The problem is with rigorous schedules it’s hard to find time in your day to distress yourself. Yoga is a simple quick way to do this just about anywhere. These 5 poses are great for stress release! Child’s Pose– A simple pose that stretches both your thighs and hips while calming the brain. You can do this pose just about anywhere in the office.

Cobra Pose- This pose is great for the back as well as the abdomen. This pose not only relieves stress but also opens the heart and lungs increasing circulation and oxygen flow.

Bridge Pose– This pose is great for stretching the neck, and spinal cord. It also slows the mind down and helps with anxiety, fatigue, and headaches.

Cat Pose– This is a pose that is great for stretching your back, torso, and neck. It’s also a great way to relieve your stress and relax your entire body.
